OVERVIEW
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email on info@crackthedeals.com.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- The responsibility for paying the shipping cost of return will fall on the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, an email will be sent out notifying the customer of the approval or rejection of the item. If you are approved, then your item will be exchanged (depending on the availability of the item) within 3-4 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

SHIPPING POLICY
- Our shipping duration is within 7 business days.
- Orders will be shipped and delivered within 7 to 10 days.
- Our shipping charges are on all orders will be Rs.300
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

- All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD the courier company will not allow the customers to open the package before payment.
- You, as a customer, have the right to return the package (please check return policy) only after payment to the courier company.
- Please do not force the delivery person from the courier company to open the package before you make the payment.
