SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping duration is within 3-5 business days.
Orders will be shipped and delivered within 3 to 5 days.
Same day delivery is available in Islamabad on business days only, if ordered before 3 pm.
Our shipping charges are:
On orders from Rs. 100 to Rs. 5000 delivery charges will be Rs.250
On orders from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 12,000 delivery charges will be Rs.200
Orders above Rs. 12,000 will be free delivery.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email on info@crackthedeals.com.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The responsibility for paying the shipping cost of return will fall on the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
