REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, an email will be sent out notifying  the customer of the approval or rejection of the item. If you are approved, then your item  will be exchanged (depending on the availability of the item)  within 3-4 business days.

  • All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD the courier company will not allow the customers to open the package before payment.
  • You, as a customer, have the right to return the package (please check return policy)  only after payment to the courier company.
